For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come. -1 Timothy 4:8 NIV
Make sure you are getting your fit on in the area of godliness, first and foremost. Strengthen your heart, mind, and spirit by working out with God daily, being active in the Word, and building your prayer and obedience muscles.
